The device is designed for industrial applications and allows interfacing to the LAN network with any RS485-based bus.
It is possible to select by dip switch. whether to terminate the bus according to PROFIBUS or MODBUS standards. Removable connectors allow for quick maintenance.

Functional Features

The device realizes a transparent pass-through between data arriving from the Ethernet network via a TCP or UDP connection by pouring it back to the RS485 bus and vice versa.
The device handles the electrical characteristics and timing typical of the bus being interfaced ( EDD-BUS, MODBUS, PROFIBUS)
